Our history starts in 2023, but John Anderson has been baking crackers for many years. If you have ever invited him to an event, then you’ve probably tried his recipe. Over time he’s crafted his method and ingredients into the delectable crackers called Jon-a-thins.
In the beginning Jon reached out to his friend Matt Fetissoff for help building his cracker business. Matt asked his wife Brooke (graphics and fine art) for help with the logo, then he began registration of a trademark, wholesale license, and insurance. John reached out to Erika at The Pig and The Plow not long after that, and the rest is history!
We have two varieties; one with tarragon and golden turmeric, while the other has earthy beets and dill. Both begin with fragrant garlic, roasted sesame seeds, and wheat flour, but we are working on a gluten free version too.
Equinox Center of Herbal Studies supplies local herbs for many of our delicious snacks.
Thanks for your interest, and be sure to go here so you can check out where to find our snacks!
